Few short poems from my published book The Thoughts of an Insomniac Owl

THE DICHOTOMY OF THE PARADOXICAL SEA

How is it that the sea which calms with its serenity

Can sometimes remind how loud the voices are?

That’s the beauty maybe.

The rushing and crashing of waves . . .

Sometimes peaceful music

Sometimes roaring screams!

Peace is indeed far-fetched

The last call beckons but

Serendipity shackles

And life?

Trapped in the maze of time shouts to be freed . . .

I HAVE MEASURED MY LIFE IN COFFEE CUPS

Someone: How’s your life going?

Me: Exactly like this cup of coffee

Too wacky to taste.

Too expensive to waste!

TENDER EMOTIONS

And sometimes when ego speaks louder than emotions

Relationships can become tender

Very

              Very

                                Tender!
